By accessing or using Flynd.org (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, travelers, donors, and others who access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
Flynd.org is a flight-verified travel crowdfunding platform that allows travelers ("Travelers") to create campaigns to raise funds for genuine travel experiences, and allows donors ("Donors") to contribute to those campaigns. The Platform also hosts "Missions" — community challenges that Donors can post for Travelers to complete during their journeys.
Flynd is a platform intermediary only. We do not guarantee that any campaign will reach its funding goal, that any trip will take place, or that any mission will be completed. We are not a party to any agreement between Travelers and Donors beyond these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
Travelers who create campaigns represent that all information provided about their planned travel is truthful and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@flynd.org.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the Platform.
5.1 Campaign Creation. Travelers may create fundraising campaigns for genuine international or domestic travel. All campaigns must include accurate descriptions of the intended trip and purpose. Campaigns for illegal activities, deceptive purposes, or in violation of our Community Guidelines are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Flight Verification. To protect Donors, Flynd verifies flight bookings where applicable. Travelers may be required to submit proof of booked flights before funds are released. Flynd reserves the right to withhold or reverse fund disbursements if flight verification fails or fraud is suspected.
5.3 Campaign Accuracy. Travelers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all campaign information. Misrepresentation, fraud, or material omission may result in campaign removal, account termination, and reimbursement obligations to Donors.
5.4 Fund Use. Funds raised are intended to be used for the travel described in the campaign. Travelers agree to use funds for their stated purpose and understand that Flynd may request documentation of fund use.
6.1 Voluntary Contributions. All donations are voluntary contributions to individual Travelers' campaigns. Donations are not purchases of goods or services.
6.2 No Guarantee of Return. Donating to a campaign does not guarantee any return, reward, or outcome. Flynd does not guarantee that donated funds will be used as described by the Traveler.
6.3 Platform Fee. Flynd charges a platform fee of 4% on all donations processed through the Platform. This fee is deducted from the amount received by the Traveler. Donors see the total amount they contribute; the Traveler receives the net amount after the 4% fee and any applicable Stripe processing fees.
6.4 Payment Processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a donation, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Flynd does not store full payment card details.
Missions are community-created challenges for Travelers. Posting a Mission with a reward creates a commitment to pay the stated reward amount if the mission is accepted and completed with satisfactory proof. Mission reward payments are processed through the Platform and subject to the same platform fee structure as donations.
All missions must comply with our Community Guidelines. Missions involving illegal activity, dangerous situations, or content prohibited by our guidelines will be removed. Repeated violations will result in account suspension.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (photos, videos, descriptions). By posting content, you grant Flynd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform and its promotion.
The Flynd name, logo, and Platform design are proprietary to Flynd.org. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FLYND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY TRAVELER, CAMPAIGN, MISSION, OR CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM.
FLYND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR CONDUCT OF ANY USER, TRAVELER, OR DONOR, ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYND AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FLYND'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF PLATFORM FEES WE RECEIVED FROM TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flynd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, any pending campaign funds may be refunded to Donors at Flynd's discretion. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
